My most loved leisure activity is grilling and cooking. I first started to cook when I moved away to college, but my moms and dad are serious foodies and I grew up having to spend (usually reluctantly) a lot of time in the kitchen, mainly shucking corn for picnics and squeezing tangerines for Sunday brunches . I now love to throw dinner parties, and barely a weekend goes by without a gourmet barbie or some other culinary event - my main specialty at this point being large pieces of pork.
